Facilitator: Susanne Schmid

Susanne, director of SourceField, is an international leadership coach and facilitator with over 30 years of experience supporting women and organisations through change and transition. She has worked in more than 35 countries and held senior roles in global organisations before establishing her own consultancy.

Originally from Germany, Susanne has a long-standing connection to Australia and has been a permanent resident since 2009. She is currently spending extended time in the Northern Rivers, combining her international work with a growing local presence.

Her work is inspired by the principles of Theory U: pausing, sensing and allowing new clarity to emerge before acting.

Susanne’s approach is grounded, reflective and practical. She creates spaces especially designed for women where they can step back, reflect deeply and find their own direction – without pressure or noise.
